EQUITY BASED FINANCIAL AID

Nia House’s tuition and financial aid model is structured through an equity-based evaluation of each family's financial capacity. Supporting the financial stability, security, and well-being for families, teachers, and the organization, Nia House will continue to provide full-day, year-round quality early childhood education to as many children as possible.

FINANCIAL AID GOALS

  • To prioritize the financial needs of BIPOC (black, Indigenous and people of color) families

  • To support BIPOC families of diverse socio-economic backgrounds in generating wealth for long term financial security

  • Families across socio-economic differences have the opportunity to support Nia House equitably.

NIA HOUSE EXAMINES EQUITY

In 2022, the Nia House Board of Representatives presented the organizational aims of racial and economic equity in the financial aid process. Review the presentation here.
